There is so much chatter about Twitter these days. So why not add $.03 to the dialog.
- From a personal communications perspective I think I prefer having Friends (Facebook) to Followers (Twitter).
- In my opinion, there are very few brands using it well, and most brands would benefit from using it as a customer service tool instead of as an outreach marketing function.
- I think if you are on Twitter, you have to accept this rule: Most of your followers don't pay attention to most of your tweets, most of the time.
And yes, I am on it anyway.
